The Esthetic Surgery it is a surgical procedure that intends to correct and improve patients` features.

Sometimes patients` suggestions are accepted 100% by plastic surgeons in order to please them. But the final results are not according to what was expected. Not attaining the look that was originally desired.

Facial Liposuction
This technique was developed in our clinic in 1985 shaping and contouring the face with liposuction. This procedure is done with micro-cannulas (very thing tubes) and syringes making possible to remove localized fat deposits from areas of the face such as the jowls and beneath the chin. This technique ensures a fresher and younger look therefore much natural than the old procedure consisting in removing the Bichat’s bag( the fat deposing located in cheeks). This procedure in conjunction with Bioplasty can greatly change your appearance by producing a slimmer face and enhanced profile.

Breast Augmentation (Breast Prosthesis)
In order to make a decision for breast augmentation we consider these factors first; patient`s height; profession and the diameter of the hips.

In the same way, to choose the route of inclusion of the prothesis, we must take in account: the color of the skin, genetic-hereditary antecedents regarding mammary pathology of the ancestors, another factor is if the patient gave birht or not; since women who haven`t give birth are more prone to a future mammary pathology. For this type of patiens we did not recommend the routes generally peri-areolares or trans-areolares for implants because these routes entail to an aggression of the mammary glands, with a greater predisposition to a future malignization of cells.

Outside these fundamental observations, we use the classic bistoury in the mammary surgeries, since we respected the investigation studies on the burns produced in the body, with time they tend to undergo mutations of the original cells; especially when they are in this type of organs.

Ear Surgery
Abano ears also called, is when the ears are widely separated from the head, as "open", also known as Dumbo ears, referring to the ears of the little elephant Dumbo.

After 4 years of age (before entering school) is recommended for surgical correction.

Scalpel Peeling
Is a procedure created in our clinic where with the help of the scalpel we remove and peel back old deep tissues from the face. Magnifiers are used during this procedure.
